Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quality Rentals Delivered services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rental Services

Quality Rentals Delivered provides construction equipment rental services including bobcats, excavators, and telehandlers. All rentals are subject to availability and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with provided instructions
• Return equipment in the same condition as received
• Notify us immediately of any damage or malfunction
• Use equipment only for intended purposes
• Maintain adequate insurance during the rental period

Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required per agreed terms. Daily rates include 8.5 hours of operation. Weekly rentals include 48 hours.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup fees may apply based on location. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate jobsite access for equipment delivery and pickup.

Damages and Liability

Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Quality Rentals Delivered is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from equipment use.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Service Area

We currently serve Fort Bend County and Harris County in Texas. Service availability may vary by location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
